Pumpkin Syrup

Cup Pumpkin Puree

2 Cups Brown Sugar

4 Cups Water

4 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon

2 Teaspoons Ground Ginger

2 Teaspoons Ground Nutmeg

1 Teaspoon Ground Clove

1 Teaspoon Ground Allspice

Place all ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a boil.  Take off the heat and pour into a sterile bottle.  Let cool and store in the refrigerator.  Shake before using.

If you see a gummy, mucilage like substance don't be alarmed that's created by the Cinnamon.
