Cherry Ginger Iced Tea

 8 Cups Hot Water or 2 Quarts
Cup Shredded or grated Fresh Ginger
1 to 2 Tablespoons Turmeric powder
1 to 2 Tablespoons Green Tea or 4 tea bags
1 to 2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint or 4 tea bags
2 Cup Cherry Juice
4 Teaspoons Honey or sweeten to taste (optional)

  1. Place the Ginger, Turmeric, and mint in a 2 Quart container either loose to strain out later in each in its own homemade tea bag.  Pour in the water and let sit for 2 minutes.
  2. After two minutes place the green tea either loose or in a homemade tea bag and let steep for 2 more minutes. 
  3. Strain or take the teabags out after two minutes.  Add honey or sweetener if desired and let cool. Note: You could always leave the honey out and sweeten per individual cup of tea. 
  4. Once the liquid is cooled add the Cup of Cherry juice.  Let chill in the refrigerator. 

Golden Turmeric Milk

1 Cup or more (up to 10oz) Milk of your choice
1 Teaspoon Turmeric powder
1 Teaspoon or more of Honey
Nutmeg (fresh is best) 

1.  Microwave:  Place turmeric and milk in a microwave safe mug and Microwave for 90 seconds or heat the milk first and put the turmeric in when in comes out either loose or in a tea bag.

Stove Top: Place turmeric and milk on the stove in a saucepan and simmer until the milk is warm.  Do not boil.  Pour into desired mug.

2.  Sweeten to taste.  The bottom of the cup may have the sediment of the turmeric on the bottom.  You can either strain it out with a very fine mesh or coffee filter before drinking or drink it

Swimmers Ear Oil (not for internal use)

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Drop Tea Tree Oil
1 Drop Lavender Oil
1 Drop Chamomile Oil 

Mix together.  One drop per ear. Best if put in a sterile eyedropper bottle.

Mint Cumber Salad 

Handful of fresh Mint (cilantro or parsley  can be used
1 cucumber quartered1 Onion, diced or sliced
teaspoon fresh Ginger, grated
teaspoon cumin
teaspoon chili powder
dash of sea salt
1 Tablespoon oil
1 Tablespoon Honey
2 Tablespoons Lemon juice
12oz Chicken, cooked and diced (optional) 

Mix all ingredients together and serve cold.
