Pudding From Scratch
Chocolate Pudding

2 Tablespoons Cornstarch

4 Tablespoons Cocoa

2 Tablespoons Date Paste or Sugar

2 Cups Milk

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

  1. In a cold sauce pan, whisk cornstarch, cocoa, Date past and Milk together.
  2. Place on the medium heat, whisking while it cooks about 10 minutes until it thickens.  Let Cook 2 to 3 minutes after it thickens to cook the cornstarch.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the Vanilla.

Vanilla Pudding

2 Tablespoons Cornstarch

3 Tablespoons Date Paste or Sugar

Teaspoon Salt

2 Cups Milk

1 Teaspoon Vanilla

  1. In a cold sauce pan, whisk cornstarch, Salt, Date past and Milk together.
  2. Place on the medium heat, whisking while it cooks about 10 minutes until it thickens.  Let Cook 2 to 3 minutes after it thickens to cook the cornstarch.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the Vanilla.

Mango Pudding

2 Cups Mango puree

2 Teaspoons Gelatin

Cup Hot Water

1 Cup Milk or Coconut Milk

Cup Sugar or Date Paste

  1. Dissolve the Gelatin in the Hot water.
  2. Combine the rest of the ingredients
  3. Let Chill at least 1 hour or overnight.
