Mustard BBQ Sauce
Gluten Free and Nightshade Free

1 Cup Spicy Brown Mustard (9.1oz, 218g)
1/2 Cup Black Strap Molasses (5.8oz, 164g)
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar (2.3oz, 66g)
1/4 Cup Honey (3oz, 86g)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil (.4oz, 10g)
1/4 Teaspoon Thyme
1/4 Teaspoon Lemon Balm
1/4 Teaspoon Oregano
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper
 If you want heat with a nightshade add 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper (optional)


Combine all ingredients.  It's best if it sits overnight but it's still good right after mixing together.  Store in the Refrigerator.
