Chocolate Cake in the Microwave Gluten Free

2 tablespoons Buckwheat Flour
1 tablespoon Coconut Flour
3 tablespoons Cocoa powder, unsweetened
4 tablespoons brown sugar
Dash of Salt
3 tablespoons Milk
3 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Applesauce
1 Egg
Dash Vanilla
3 tablespoons Chocolate Chips

  1. In a 2 cup microwave safe container or mug mix together the flours, cocoa, sugar, and salt. 
  2. Add milk, oil, applesauce, egg and vanilla.
  3. Stir in Chocolate chips.
  4. Microwave 3 to 4 minutes in the microwave. 

Serves 2

Chocolate Cake GF Oven

1 Cup Milk
2 Eggs
Cup Apple Sauce
Cup Oil
2 tsp Vanilla
Cup Coconut Flour
Cup Buckwheat
Cup Tapioca Flour
1 TBS Chia Seed Meal
Cup Cocoa
Cup Brown Sugar
tsp Sea Salt
1 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Cup Chocolate Chips

1.  Greased and Floured pan.  Preheat oven to 350
2.  Mix all ingredients together 
3.  35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. 

Batter makes 8 animal cupcakes in the pan from Nordic ware
