Chocolate Sauce
Date Dark Chocolate Sauce

Cup Cocoa
Cup Date Paste
teaspoon Sea Salt
to 1 Cup Water or Elderberry/Astragalus Tea
1 teaspoon Vanilla

On the stovetop, on warm, heat to combine all ingredients. Do not boil. Let cool.
Any Tea could be used but Elderberry and Astragalus are great during Flue and Cold season.  Another spice that would be great would be cinnamon.

Cup Agave or Honey

Cup Water
1 teaspoon Vanilla

On the stovetop, on warm, heat to combine all ingredients. Do not boil. Let cool.
