Baked Apples in the Microwave
Gluten Free
This recipe is something I picked up from Weight Watchers years ago.  
1 Apple, Sliced
Sugar White or Brown
Spice (Optional)  any spices you like with baked apples like Ginger, Nutmeg, Allspice, and Coriander are a few ideas.  
1.  Take the Apple slices and lay them out on a microwave safe plate in a single layer with a little overlay on the edges.  


2.  Sprinkle the cinnamon, sugar and spices over the Apples.
3.  Dot the top with Butter.
4.  Microwave covered in either Plastic wrap or a Silicon cover for 3 minute.  
5.  Be careful removing the top because of the steam.  Serve.
